High turnover of staff and faculty across the board. Everything is outsourced; facilities, online programs, IT, food service, bookstore, day care.

Too many programs lack the resources in trained instructors and or lab hardware and software.

Acts like a commuter school. Very little activity. No theatre arts. Very basic and boring.
